Francisca Luna Ivars was born in La Linea de la Concepción. She graduated in law at the University of Cadiz and also holds a masters degree in Commercial Law obtained from the same University. She has been a practising lawyer since 1989 and until 2005 was based in the city of Cadiz where she specialised in Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law and ran her own legal practice.

Francisca is an acknowledged expert in matrimonial law and has been secretary of the Family Rights Commission of the Illustrious College of Lawyers of Cadiz since 1999. She is also an experienced commercial litigation lawyer and is highly regarded amongst her peers. She lived for two years in the United States, where she studied Computer Assisted Small Business Management.

In July 2013 she finished a Mortgage Mediation course and she is currently studying a Masters in Civil and Commercial Mediation.

Francisca joined Triay Spain in 2006 - June 2014 upon which she has started her new law firm in November 2014.

Nydia was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In 2002 she graduated from the National University of Córdoba with a degree in Law. As a complement to her Law degree, she holds an English Teaching Degree, obtained through the Argentine Association of English Culture.

In 2005 she moved to Andalusia, where she has lived since then, working independently in the area of services directed foreign clients.
She is currently an Administrator and partner of Ctrl Sotogrande.

Sergio Liñán Carballo, Tax and Fiscal advisor, is a member of the Cadiz Association of Economists, has postgraduate studies in the field of Human Resources and is an Expert in Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

His professional career has been developed in the field of tax and accounting advice for companies and individuals for more than 20 years in the city of Algeciras. Currently based in the Sotogrande area, he has specialised in the taxation of non-residents, asset-holding companies and foreigners with tax residence in Spain.

He has also been professionally linked for more than 25 years with the Local Administration, and has held positions of responsibility in the areas of Human Resources, Town Planning, Tax Management and Economic Services.
